The Student Council Election for the year 2023-2024 began with distribution of enrolment forms on 3rd January 2023. Nearly 20 students applied for the post of School and Sports captains and 30 students applied for the post of House Captains. Grandparents Day (Primary)

Grandparent’s love is strong and deep,

Filled with memories to treasure and keep.

We at St. Stanislaus deeply appreciate the role and significance of our Grandparents in our lives and dedicate a day to celebrate these beautiful souls and show them how much they mean to us.

The teachers and boys of Standard 1 celebrated Grandparents Day this year on 11th February, 2023 in the Loyola Hall. Britto House Feast (Primary)

The feast of St. John de Britto is celebrated on 4th February every year. In keeping with the feast we at St. Stanislaus Primary Section took the catholic boys of Std.3 & 4 for the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. This was followed by a competition wherein the boys of Std. 1 & 2 had a paper crushing activity and the boys of Std. 3 & 4 had to use their creativity and make an article using ice cream sticks and decorative materials. H-WARD SCIENCE QUIZ

St. Stanislaus high School organised and conducted Science Quiz for the H-Ward on 9th January 2023.

Nearly 43 Schools participated with four different mediums. It was a two-stage competition which served areas of Maths, Science, Social Science and Current Affairs.

The Preliminary round was conducted in the computer lab.

The top four teams with the highest marks were selected for the next rounds which comprised of passing, non-passing and rapid fire.

WHAT IS HOONAR - INTERACT’S GOT TALENT?

The Rotary Club of Bombay West conducted a talent competition for the students of Std 5 to std 9. It is an online platform to showcase a unique talent in the form of a video. HOONAR recognizes all kinds of talent. There were a number of entries for this competition. The last date to submit the entry was 24th September, 2022. Shortlisting the entries was a great task. Interschool Scout Sports Championship 2022-2023

St Stanislaus High School once again bagged the Interschool Scout Sports Championship 2022-2023. The Sports Meet was conducted by the West Mumbai Suburban Bharat Scout and Guide District Association at Juhu on 31st January 2023.

Air Wing NCC – Flying Camp at Lohegaon

A flying camp was organized for the Air Wing NCC cadets at Lohegaon Pune on the 14th of January 2023. The camp was attended by Air wing cadets of STD 9, namely, cdt/Sgt Aaron, cdt/CPI Saurav, and LFC Luv. All cadets woke up early in the morning, left early and reached the flying station by 7:30. The camp was conducted under the supervision of Group Captain Sangram Sir the pilot with whom we flew. The name of the aircraft was Virus SW 80. Scouts - Parakram Diwas

Netaji Jayanti or Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti, officially known as Parakram Diwas or Parakram Divas, is a national event celebrated in India to mark the birthday of the prominent Indian freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. It is celebrated annually on 23rd January.

Republic Day Celebration (Primary)

Children’s hour of Std.2 was on 25th January, 2023. In keeping with the 74th Republic Day various items were displayed through dances, songs, a play, fashion show and a power point explaining the meaning of Republic Day. Teachers trained the boys who performed well.
