Both parents of the child are asked to be present and submit the documents for verification. The Schedule is given in the attached document. If everything is in order, you will be invited to fill the admission Form and to collect the Fee Book on that day itself.
Venue: St. Peter’s Church Campus, Loyola Hall, on the left side as you enter the main gate.
- Bring ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for verification and Photocopies for submission. (Kindly note Original Birth and Baptism Certificate will be kept for the school record).
- All supporting documents must be in the same order as mentioned below.
- Recent Passport size photo of the child with Maroon Background – 2 copies. Edited, scanned, cropped photos will not be allowed.
- Recent Family photo 3 X 2 inch with Maroon Background. Edited, scanned, cropped photos will not be allowed.
- Municipal Birth Certificate.
- Baptism certificate of the child – in case of a Catholic / Christian.
- Aadhaar Card of Child.
- Caste Certificate (in the Child’s name) – if applicable.
- Certificate of Blood group of the child.
- Medical Certificate – compulsory in case a child has any disability.
- Adoption Deed – if applicable.
- Any other relevant documents of the child.
- Proof of Alumni status for the Father (if applicable).
- School Calendar if a sibling is already studying in our school.
- Electricity Bill.
- Ration Card.
- Passport.
- Aadhaar card and PAN card of Father on the same page (Back to Back).
- Aadhaar card and PAN card of Mother on the same page (Back to Back).
- Divorce Decree or related documents (if applicable).
- Death certificate of Father / Mother (if applicable).
- Any other relevant documents of parents.
- Rs. 300/- for the admission form.
Instructions:
- Both Parents are required to be present.
- Do not bring your child or his siblings to the campus.
- Please follow the guidelines of our staff to ensure a smooth process.
- Carry a blue ball pen.
Fees are to be paid at the South Indian Bank. Instructions will be given on the day itself after the procedures are completed.
IF, ON THE APPOINTED DAY, NEITHER PARENT COMES, WE SHALL PRESUME THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THE ADMISSION, AND THE SEAT WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE TO YOU.
